It was nice in general: immaculate room, magnificent location close enough to the shores of the lough and Loch Lomond and so many other nice places to visit nearby. All the staff were attentive and pleasant, thanks a lot guys.

It was a very nice stay during trip to Luss. We greatly enjoyed the venue and its excellent and lovely setting.

All in all had very special experience right in town.

We asked for feather pillows and they were provided. The host was always available.

there were an ironing set, coffee and tea making facilities, and satellite television. staff were very attentive and amiable and provided lots of recommendations.

Best Aspects of My Xmas Stay

I really enjoyed my Xmas stay at this hotel in Luss. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of the village and conveniently close to amenities and attractions. The room I stayed in was comfortable and clean, with all the necessary facilities. The highlight of my stay was the warm and friendly host, who went out of their way to make my Xmas special. The breakfast provided was delicious and filling, with a variety of options to choose from. I had a great experience during my Xmas stay and would definitely consider coming back in the future.

There were a couple of minor issues during my Xmas stay at this hotel. there was a lack of clear instructions on how to get to the hotel, as it is located on a one-way street.

Location was marvellous and incredible, 10 mins walking to Luss Pier. Staff was pleasant and exceptional and provided us with a refrigerator, a kettle and central heating.

We stayed in a nice building and the host greeted us warmly.
